I put this in my coffee every morning. Tastes great and is a nice pick-me-up.
I have difficulty digesting any protein powder, even vegan ones. I’m fine eating whole food (chicken, pork, beef, etc.), but most powders cause me gas and bloating. I like that I can get collagen protein that supports much more and it doesn’t upset my stomach at all. I mix it in my afternoon smoothie (which also contains ZNatural Foods’ Ultimate 25 Superfood Fusion and psyllium husk powder) with fruit.
I got a sample and really like it! It smells like vanilla and is tasteless. So my coffee tastes like coffee. There is no sweetness to it, so you can add any sweetener you like in any amount you like.
I love the Sun Dried Golden Berries! I am trying to watch my sugar. These fit the bill when I need a little snack. They are tart and sweet enough to keep me going through the afternoon at work. Much better than candy! Thank you, Cathryn
First time I tried product I was hooked. I usually mix it with a little sugar substance of choice. They pair well together. Great product. I usually mix product and freeze it then blend and eat. Really great! Already purchased about 4 bags this year. Recommend you purchase bigger size otherwise you'll be spending more money.
Husband and I both on special diets but these fit into our food plans. He grabs a few from the bag every now and then; I add some to my yogurt for crunch and flavor - GREAT little nibs!

I make a supplement mix for my dogs to keep parasites away. Neem leaf is extremely bitter, so be prepared for that! Very very good for you.
I’ve used Z Naturals fenugreek powder for years and I’ve been very happy with it! I use it as a supplement for my dogs because it helps to keep pests from being attracted to them. I love that it literally makes them smell like pancakes (imo)!

While I wouldn't say that it mixes with water or coffee easily, it does eventually blend in...BUT my favorite way to use it is to mix up a pint at a time in a glass jar with one packet of sweetener and a couple of drops of vanilla. It makes an AMAZING cream for coffee and tea that way, it doesn't taste sweet but does have a more complex flavor that I LOVE! DEFINITELY will be keeping this in my kitchen at all times; it is now my half'n'half and cream replacement for my cooking and for my hot beverages!

I have used have of the bag, and have noticed my eye lashes and eyebrows are thicker. I am still looking for improvement with my skin. I'm in my 60's so we'll see.

These are amazing! I love that they are not only organic, but raw as well. They have a great nutty flavor, nice texture and blend beautifully when making hemp milk. Hemp also has a great omega 3-6-9 profile, good protein and healthy fat. A true superfood!
Love that it is Not the sweet Acaie Berry version! I don't like that. This one mixes well with tomato or Spicy V-8. Tastes great!
These pumpkin seeds are really good to eat by themselves, on top of a yummy treat or make pumpkin butter with them.
I haven't had any problems or any adverse affects from it. I bought it for the high vitamin C content, so it's really hard to tell a difference in how I feel or anything like that. But the product seems to be fine. I've never had any issues with any Z Natural products over the years.
